We hope that you and your girl love your purchase from American Girl. If for any reason you don’t, we’ll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund for purchases within 90 days. Be assured we’ll do our very best to take care of you, but from time to time, we will not accommodate a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds and credit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 A merchandise credit will be issued if the purchase cannot be verified.
\u2022 A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price, or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned.
\u2022 We reserve the right to assess the value of items returned.
\u2022 Create Your Own Dolls and Garments, dolls with ear piercing, and shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
\u2022 Items designated as “final sale” cannot be returned.
\u2022 American Girl will accept returns and exchanges on any item within the Janie & Jack Collection for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Prepare your return package using one of two options and send it to us.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Be sure to securely pack your completed return form, product(s), and proof of purchase<\/strong> in a sturdy cardboard box. For prepaid shipping labels, remember to record the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Print a prepaid shipping label\u2014we will deduct $6.95 from your refund for use of this label.<\/strong>\u00a0Remove any other addresses and barcodes from your box and affix the printed label.
